Alarm response services are a critical component of a security system that provides rapid action when an alarm is triggered
WHAT TO EXPECT
When premises are contracted, Sidero Security manager will survey and discuss various options such as having internal access to the premises and then arranging site key and installing key safe(s), a site plan with alarm zones so a mobile patrol officer can assess the area thoroughly and report the finding. If any criminal activity is detected the client will be notified by our 24/7 response center and further action will be discussed
Alarm Monitoring
Alarm systems (such as motion detectors, door/window sensors, or panic alarms) are connected to a central monitoring station.
When an alarm is triggered, the monitoring station immediately receives a notification and verifies the situation.
Dispatching Security Personnel
Once an alarm is confirmed, trained security personnel are dispatched to the location to assess the situation.
Depending on the nature of the alarm, this could include a burglary alarm, fire alarm, panic alarm, or even medical emergencies.
On-Site Response
Inspect the premises for any signs of a break-in, forced entry, fire, or medical emergency.
Check for damage to property, doors, windows, or equipment.
Ensure that any threats or safety hazards are contained or neutralized.
Coordination with Law Enforcement
If a criminal activity (such as a break-in) is suspected, the security team will contact local law enforcement or emergency responders for immediate support.
In some cases, security personnel may stay on-site until law enforcement arrives to provide a physical presence and secure the area.
